The double shaft shredder uses two sets of cutter disks made of fine alloy steel to cut each other so that all kinds of soft and hard materials are crushed. The main shreddering materials include plastic package barrel, rubber wheel, basket materials, huge rolls of films, huge batch of package plastic films, huge batch of package bags, rolled films, paper, fiber, wood, etc. This machine is high in productivity, low in energy consumption, low in noise. Therefore,it is widely used in low and medium extent shredding of all kinds of solid wastes, plastics, waste home appliances, paper, leather, wood, rubber and so on.
Features of industrial cardboard shredder:
1.This product may shred big blocks of materials, basket materials, pipes, plates, wood, wheel and huge rolls of films, which are hard to be shredded on a single shaft shredder.
2.The outer frame is made of super thick plates with mixed structure after intensified processing, equipped with powerful hexagonal rotation axis with wide angles and huge-diameter inlet so that huge raw materials may be put inside and crushed.
3.The rotary cutter has unique design in terms of thickness. This kind of crushing machine is sharp and keen enough to finish shredding work efficiently.
4.With PLC control, in case that there are too many processing materials, forward/reserve operation and stop function can be activated to ensure operating security.
5.Operation is in low speed with low noise and low poeder discharge during operation.
6.The blade is made of special alloy steel, which is hard and durable.
