Guangzhou Tyrone automatic machine for plastic mould temperature/ mold temperature controller is mainly used to heat and keep the die cavity and molding machine at a constant temperature.It is also used to keep cylinders and calenders on the thermal molding production line at a constant temperature by using water as heating medium.
Features of mold temperature controller:
1.Automatic mould temperature controller is equipped with touching internal memory from Japan and Italy(P.I.D) which may lead to automatic calculation with only ± 1 ℃ error range.The machines are able to keep constant temperature for a long lasting time and save energy for over 35%;
2.Six protecting functions:power phase shortage protection,alraming on the occasion of heat suspension,outphase protection,pump protection,oil shortage protection;
3.Two sets of electronic tubes,which can be used separated or collectively;
4.Cooling and heating within short period of time,while temperature stays stable;
5.Barrel and electronic tubes are made of stainless steel plate which is corrosion resistant and durable without oil leakage;
6.Mature security protection and fault-indication system;
7.Composed by imported high-quality accessories and CAD system,easy to operate and convenient to maintain.
